* Tumpek Krulut is a part of Tumpek cycle which comes about every month
based on the Balinese calendar system. This is a special day to pay homage

Siwaratri
* This day is the seventh dark moon based on the Balinese lunar calendar
system, also known as the Siwaratri or the Night of Siwa. The celebration
of Siwaratri day is marked by the Brata (self restriction) of Siwaratri,
this includes: Jagra (staying awake all night long), Upawasa (fasting),
Monbrata (restricting speech) as well as giving ‘punia’ (religious funds)
to the priests and the poor people.

* "Abwang Peteng" Literally means Abwang Dance perfomed in the
afternoon commenced with Rejang Dance perfomed by children and young girl
in casual dress at Bale Agung at 16.00 hrs, follwed by Abwang Dance and
Selonding Orchestra by maidens and bachelors of the village at 18.00 hrs.
