Makiyis or Melasti Ceremony
* Mekiyis or Melasti ceremony, a purification ceremony held in welcoming Nyepi, the I Saka new year at is along procession of Hindu adherents carrying temple affigies and other sacred symbols, heading to beaches or springs where the purification rituals are held, Throughout Bali.

18 March
Tawur Agung Kasanga Ceremony
* Tawur Agung Kasanga, (Great Sacrificial Ceremony) to welcome Nyepi the I Saka New Year, the day after. The ceremony is focussed, at every croos-road starting from village area, town, up to the provincial scope. The ritual is followed by processing Ogoh-ogoh (Huge monster dolls) symbolizing evil spirit and torches around the village and towns as to exercize them awai from human settlement

Nyepi Holiday
* Nyepi I Saka New Year, 1929. It is the day of absolute silence and stillness for Hindu Balinese, no firelit, no activity done no travelling to anywhere and no amusement held, but fasting meditation and self-introspection are done instend. Troughout Bali.

20 March
Ngembak Geni
* This day is the anti-climax of the Nyepi’s silence. On this day, Balinese Hindus visit their families or relatives. Asking and giving forgiveness for bad behaviours among the relationship is common within this blessed day.

Special Event in Tenganan Pegringsingan
Usaba Ketiga
* First day of Usaba Ketiga literally means rituals of thirds month according to their own calendar. fullmoon started praying to Pura Gaduh and other temples of village carrying offering made traditional cookies, symbolizing mythological figures while Selonding orchestra cheers the atmosphere.

20 March
Med - Medan
* It was tradition a day after Nyepi, Member of Banjar Kaja, Desa Adat Sesetan, located in Jalan Raya Sesetan after Jalan Diponegoro took place special ritual called Med Medan. The ritual commences by dividing the youths by gender into two opposing lines, where the boys eagerly wait on the northern, and the girls timidly line up in the southern, parts of the street. A referee will signal the start the game where each group gets close to pull each other, until the boys kiss the girls on the cheek.

Special Event in Tenganan Pegringsingan
Usaba Ketiga
* The rituals commeneed with procession of the bachelors teh village playing Selonding orchestra Subak Daha 17.00 hrs, followed by Abwang periurmed at Subak Daha at 18.00 hrs and ended procession of the villagers playing Baleganjur around the village.

Special Event in Tenganan Pegringsingan
Usaba Ketiga
* Last day of Usaba Ketiga rituals started with Pray at every temple of the vilage while the bachelors procession go marching around te village play Selonding orchestra at 17.00 hrs. Abwang dance will perfomed by maidens of the village in front.

24 March
Tumpek Wayang Ceremony
* Tumpek Wayang or Tumpek Ringgit day when blessing ceremony is given to set shadow puppet play for magic power and proper fucntion, Throughout Bali.
